With exhilaration and inspiration from the immense success of NPE-2005 and 2008, we are organizing the third Pharma Expo, which is schedule to take place from Friday 5th March 2010 to Sunday 7th March 2010 at Exhibition Hall, Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu Nepal.

Nepal, with the significant transformation in the healthcare delivery system has become the lucrative destination. Nepalese pharmaceutical industries, forging ahead competitively, are conspicuously widening their amplitude of market share with double digit growth rate. Hence attracts manufacturers and suppliers of machineries, accessories, equipment, raw materials, packaging materials and printing materials across the world. In addition Nepal being WTO member from amongst LDCs offer several advantageous opportunities like technical collaboration, contract manufacturing, Contract research and CRO etc.

So as a step for socio economic well being of the nation with improvement in the health indicators, this expo is being organized by APPON (Association of Pharmaceutical Producers of Nepal) in collaboration with Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries- FNCCI, Department of Drug Administration of Nepal, Department of Industry and Nepal Tourism Board also in association with GPAN (Graduate Pharmacist's Association of Nepal) and NPA (Nepal Pharmaceutical Association).
This expo is being managed by Direction Nepal.

The very purpose of NPE-2010 is to offer single platform to disseminate wide range of national and international products/ services that includes Pharma Processing,

Manufacturing Equipments, Packaging Materials and Machineries, Fine Chemicals, Bulk Drugs, Environmental Control Equipments (AHU/HUAC), Lab Equipments, Analytical Laboratories Service & Supplies, Pharma related services to the prospective customers. It also intends to enhance the knowledge sharing with the various scientific presentations and the sessions regarding latest advancement in medical & pharmaceutical fraternity with better technologies.

With the successful history, this time NPE-2010 targets more than 20,000 potential visitors from the various field of the Medical Fraternity like Doctors, Pharmacists and also the business entrepreneurs who are directly or indirectly related to the world of Pharmaceuticals. Students, especially of the medical and the pharmaceutical background can also be benefited from the expo with the enhanced and improved knowledge in the recent encroachment & growth in the Pharmaceutical Sector.

Hence, NPE- 2010 will provide an exclusive forum for the awareness & interchange of the technological and scientific advancement in the Pharma World with an opportunity to interact with the professionals to upgrade information and to expand the business in national and international level.
